The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in schools creates tremendous opportunities while introducing complicated challenges on ethical, academic, and technical levels. Ethical challenges include algorithmic prejudice, data privacy, and equal access to AI-powered educational technologies. Academically, the changing role of educators raises concerns about student engagement, personalized learning, and the balance between human and machine-driven instruction. Technically, AI implementation demands strong infrastructure, dependable data management, and safeguards against misleading. This study investigates these issues, highlighting the necessity for responsible AI implementation, teacher training, and policy frameworks to guarantee that AI improves rather than disrupts the educational landscape.
